1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Driver and Delivery Management App, you
acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do
not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from
using or accessing this App.

2. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, functionality, and
design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of the
App’s developers and its licensors. The App is protected by
copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and
foreign countries.

3. Use License

– Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App
per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under
this license, you may not:

– Modify or copy the materials;

– Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public
display (commercial or non-commercial);

– Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in
the App;

– Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials
on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of
these restrictions and may be terminated by the App developers at
any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon
the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded
materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed
format.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a user of this App, you are expected to use the platform in a
responsible and legal manner. Actions that are strictly prohibited
include, but are not limited to:

– Engaging in any form of harassment or offensive behavior;

– Violating local, state, national, or international laws;

– Posting or transmitting any content that infringes upon the rights
of others or is deemed harmful or offensive.

The materials within the App are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. The
developers make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby
disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without
limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of
intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations
In no event shall the App or its suppliers be liable for any damages
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit,
or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability
to use the App, even if the App or an authorized representative has
been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such
damage.

7. Governing Law
Any claim related to the App shall be governed by the laws of the
United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
